BANAHUB was founded to address a specific gap: growth-stage companies with genuine potential and clear market opportunities that stall because they lack structured commercial support, relevant market access, or preparation for capital conversations.

What we are

An advisory practice. Not a fund, an accelerator, or an agency.

BANAHUB is a Singapore-registered advisory practice (Bana Private Limited, UEN 201933473Z). We work with a select number of clients at any one time, which allows us to give each engagement the attention it requires.

We are not a venture fund and do not make investments. We are not a licensed financial adviser under MAS regulations and do not provide regulated financial advice. When we facilitate introductions between companies and investors, we do so as an advisory intermediary — not as a placement agent, broker, or licensed securities dealer.

Our work is structured around defined engagements with clear deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. We do not offer retainers that run indefinitely without outputs, and we do not commit to outcomes we cannot deliver.
