Bana Private Limited (trading as BANAHub) is not licensed, authorised, or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) or any other financial services regulator to provide regulated financial advice, conduct capital markets activities, or act as a placement agent, broker, dealer, or fund manager.
All services provided by BANAHub are advisory services only, provided under a commercial advisory agreement. Nothing BANAHub does constitutes the provision of regulated financial advice, the solicitation of capital market investments, or the management of any investment portfolio.
Where BANAHub facilitates introductions between companies and investors, it does so as a non-regulated advisory intermediary only. BANAHub does not receive commission, success fees, or brokerage in connection with the completion of any investment transaction unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement. BANAHub does not guarantee that any introduction will result in a meeting, a term sheet, or an investment.
BANAHub's advisory services — including GTM engagements, investor readiness, and market entry support — are professional advisory services. They do not and cannot guarantee commercial outcomes, revenue, investment, or market access. Past engagements do not predict future results for any client.
The BANAHub membership ($8/month or $88/year) provides access to community features, event priority registration, programme applications, and general platform access. It does not provide access to regulated services, guaranteed investor introductions, or guaranteed advisory work. Introductions and advisory engagements are separate and subject to separate eligibility criteria and agreements.
The "Raise Capital" campaign registration is an advisory service — BANAHub prepares campaign materials and facilitates introductions on a non-regulated basis. It does not constitute a public offer of securities, a licensed placement, or an underwriting of any raise. The number of investors contacted is not guaranteed and will depend on mandate alignment at the time of the campaign.
