Companies must have: (1) completed investor readiness work — internally or with BANAHub; (2) a clear and documented raise amount, structure, and use of funds; (3) operating history and demonstrable traction; (4) a mandate match with investors in the BANAHub network. Eligibility is assessed case by case. Not all companies that enquire will be eligible.
Where eligibility criteria are met, BANAHub facilitates introductions between companies and investors whose stated mandate aligns with the raise. We do not conduct mass outreach. Introductions are made individually and are accompanied by a brief prepared by BANAHub.

Advisory fee structure. BANAHub does not operate as a placement agent or broker. Any introduction fee arrangement must be agreed in writing and is separate from advisory fees.
