A structured route into Singapore and ASEAN
We help companies decide where to enter, how to enter and who to work with — then support execution until the first commercial results are in place.

- You have a proven product or offer in your home market
- You are considering Singapore as a regional base, or expanding from Singapore into ASEAN
- Leadership is committed to a sustained market-building effort, not a one-off project
- You need partners, distributors or first enterprise customers — not only a report

Singapore as the base, ASEAN as the opportunity
We work from Singapore with companies expanding into the ASEAN markets below. Market priority is set by your product, customers and resources — not a fixed template.
We also support companies entering Singapore from the Gulf, North Asia, Europe and elsewhere. Where specialist local providers are needed — legal, tax, corporate secretarial or licensing — we coordinate with them rather than act in their place.
How a market-entry engagement runs
Diagnose
Current position, product-market fit evidence, resources and the outcome leadership needs from the new market.
Decide
Market priority, entry model, target segments and the partners or channels to pursue first.
Build
Positioning, sales materials, partner outreach and pipeline development, with weekly progress tracking.
Scale
Review of early results, adjustment of the plan and preparation for the next market or capital conversation.
Before you get in touch
Do you help with company incorporation and licensing?
We are not a corporate secretarial, legal or tax firm. We help you decide on the right set-up and coordinate with licensed local providers, who carry out the regulated work.
How long does a market-entry engagement take?
It depends on the number of markets and the depth of support. The diagnostic and entry plan is scoped with a fixed timeline before work starts; execution support — partner outreach, pipeline building, channel development — is scoped in phases with a review at the end of each.
Can you introduce us to customers or partners?
Where there is a clear fit, yes. Introductions are made on the basis of a defined target list agreed with you, and we do not promise specific meetings or contracts.
How are fees structured?
Fixed fees for defined diagnostic and strategy work, and phased fees for execution support. Any performance-linked element is agreed in writing at the start of the engagement.
