Capital Access

Readiness first. Then the right investor conversations.

We prepare growth-stage companies for fundraising — narrative, materials, targeting and campaign execution — and, where mandates align, introduce them to eligible investors.

Our regulatory position

BANAHUB is not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We do not provide financial advice, recommend investments, deal in securities or arrange offers of securities. We do not guarantee that any company will raise capital or that any introduction will lead to investment. Introductions are made only to investors who meet applicable eligibility requirements.

Services

Capital access services

Work is sequenced: introductions come after readiness, not instead of it.

Capital readiness

An independent review of the business from an investor's perspective: traction evidence, unit economics, team, governance, data room and valuation expectations — with a prioritised gap list.

Investment narrative

The equity story, investor deck and supporting materials, built on evidence the company can defend in diligence.

Fundraising strategy

Round sizing, instrument options to discuss with your legal advisers, timing, investor mix and a realistic process plan.

Investor targeting

A prioritised list of investors whose stated mandate — stage, sector, geography and ticket size — fits the round.

Investor campaign support

Outreach sequencing, meeting preparation, follow-up discipline and pipeline tracking through the raise.

Eligible investor introductions

Introductions to investors who meet applicable eligibility requirements and whose mandate fits. Success fees apply only where contractually agreed and permitted by law.

Process

How a capital engagement runs

Capital review

You submit an application. We review it and tell you whether the business is ready to raise, and if not, what needs to change.

Readiness

Narrative, materials, financial model review and data-room preparation against an agreed scope.

Targeting

Investor long-list built on mandate fit, then a shortlist agreed with you before any outreach.

Campaign

Structured outreach and meeting support. Investment decisions and terms remain between you and the investor.

Selection

What we look for before taking on a raise

We take on a limited number of capital mandates. Being selective protects the companies we work with and the investors who take our calls.

  • Evidence of demand — revenue, contracted pipeline or strong usage data
  • A clear use of funds tied to milestones
  • A leadership team committed to running a disciplined process
  • Realistic valuation expectations and clean corporate records
  • A business that fits the mandates of investors active in the region

If you are not ready yet, the capital review will tell you what to work on. Many companies start with readiness and return to fundraising later.

Questions

Common questions

Do you guarantee that we will raise capital?

No. Investment decisions are made by investors on their own assessment. We improve preparation and targeting; we do not control outcomes and never promise them.

Are you a licensed financial adviser or placement agent?

No. BANAHUB is an advisory firm and is not licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We do not advise investors on the merits of an investment, deal in securities or arrange offers. Companies should take their own legal and financial advice on the terms of any raise.

Who are the investors you introduce us to?

Investors whose stated mandate matches your round and who meet applicable eligibility requirements — for example, accredited or institutional investor status. We do not publish investor lists or make introductions without your agreement on the shortlist.

How are you paid?

Advisory fees for readiness and campaign work, agreed in advance. Where a success fee is part of the engagement, it is set out in the written agreement and applies only where permitted by law.

Is our information kept confidential?

Yes. Application details are seen only by the BANAHUB team. Nothing is shared with investors without your written approval, and we will sign an NDA on request.
